Biography
Rodolfo Pérez González, an Associate at Anker Abogados, holds a law degree from the Universidad Autonoma de Mexico. With over 29 years of experience in labor law, human rights, victimology, criminal law, amparo (constitutional protection), and health regulations, he is an expert in investigating serious human rights violations, including torture, enforced disappearances, extrajudicial killings, and sexual violence. He has extensive knowledge in oral trials under the adversarial criminal justice system and specializes in alternative dispute resolution methods for victims of crime and human rights violations, as well as in cases involving death or organ loss resulting from medical malpractice.
His human rights expertise was developed over more than 10 years leading the investigation and determination of serious human rights violations at the First General Inspectorate of the National Human Rights Commission. In the field of health regulations, he currently serves as legal counsel for several private hospitals.
