Data Controller

The Personal Data provided by you (“You” or the “Data Subject”) will be used by Anker Abogados, S.C. (“Anker Abogados”), located at Montes Urales number 755, 3rd Floor, Colonia Lomas de Chapultepec, Zip Code 11000, Miguel Hidalgo Borough, Mexico City.

Information Collected

Anker Abogados will only process your identification and contact Personal Data to fulfill the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice.

To comply with the purposes informed in this Privacy Notice, Anker Abogados will not collect or process sensitive Personal Data, nor will it use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, or other tracking technologies.

Purposes of Personal Data Processing

Anker Abogados will process your Personal Data to perform the following primary and necessary activities:

- Identification and contact.
- Providing information regarding the services offered.
- Processing information requests related to our services.
- Compliance with internal rules, policies, and procedures.
- Compliance with obligations provided under applicable regulations.

Anker Abogados' offices are equipped with video recording cameras for access control, which capture images and sounds used for the security of both the Personal Data and other internally managed information, as well as for the safety of personnel and visitors. The purpose is to prevent criminal acts; these recordings are kept for a limited time and may be used, among other cases, when an emergency situation arises that could potentially harm an individual’s person or property.

Transfer of Personal Data

Anker Abogados will not transfer your Personal Data to any third party, except when the transfer: (i) is provided for in a law or Treaty to which Mexico is a party; (ii) is necessary for medical prevention or diagnosis, the provision of health care, medical treatment, or the management of health services; (iii) is made to holding companies, subsidiaries, or affiliates under the common control of Anker Abogados, to a parent company, or to its associates; (iv) is necessary by virtue of a contract concluded or to be concluded in the interest of the Data Subject by Anker Abogados and a third party, or by the Data Subject and a third party; (v) is necessary or legally required for the safeguarding of a public interest, or for the prosecution or administration of justice; (vi) is necessary for the recognition, exercise, or defense of a right in a judicial process; and (vii) is necessary for the maintenance or fulfillment of a legal relationship between the Data Subject and Anker Abogados, including the provision of requested services.

In any other case, Anker Abogados will require your authorization to perform any necessary data transfer.

Exercise of ARCO Rights and Revocation of Consent

You or your legal representative may exercise any of the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition (“ARCO Rights”), as well as revoke your consent for the processing of your Personal Data, by sending an email to the Head of the Personal Data Protection Department of Anker Abogados at: datospersonales@anker.law

We remind you that ARCO Rights and/or the revocation of consent can only be exercised by the Data Subject or their legal representative upon proof of identity. Therefore, the request sent to the aforementioned email must be accompanied by an official identification (e.g., Voting Card issued by the INE, Passport, or Migration Document proving legal status in the country).

Likewise, to prove identity, it is necessary to provide all the information indicated below:

- Data Subject Information: Full name (no abbreviations), full address, telephone number, and email address (where the response to your request will be communicated).

In case of acting as a legal proxy for the Data Subject, you must additionally provide your full name (no abbreviations) and attach the corresponding original public instrument or a power of attorney letter signed before two witnesses to prove your legal standing.

- ARCO Rights: Indicate the specific ARCO right(s) (Access, Rectification, Cancellation, and/or Opposition) you wish to exercise. Furthermore, you must describe the Personal Data regarding which you are exercising the aforementioned right(s) and/or any other comments that help us properly manage your request.

- Additional Information and Documentation: Please attach any information or documentation you believe supports your request, so it may be processed and addressed conveniently. In the case of a request for the rectification of Personal Data, please specify the incorrect data, the correct data, and attach the document that proves such change.

If the information provided in your request is erroneous or insufficient, or if identification documents/legal representation credentials are not attached, the Head of the Personal Data Protection Department may, within five (5) business days following receipt of the request, require you to provide the necessary elements or documents to process it. You will have ten (10) business days from the day after receiving the requirement to respond. If no response is provided within that period, the request will be deemed as not submitted.

The Head of the Personal Data Protection Department will communicate the resolution of your request within a period not exceeding twenty (20) business days from the date the request was received. If the request is found to be grounded, it will be made effective within fifteen (15) business days following the communication of the response. The response will be sent via email to the account specified in your request.

Limitation on the Use and/or Disclosure of your Personal Data

You may limit the use or disclosure of your Personal Data by sending a request to datospersonales@anker.law. If your request is successful, you will be registered in the exclusion list maintained by Anker Abogados for such purposes. Modifications to this Privacy Notice

This privacy notice is available to you at the address of Anker Abogados mentioned above and on the website www.anker.law.

Anker Abogados reserves the right to make changes or modifications to this privacy notice at any time, in which case it will notify you through our website www.anker.law.
